West bldg. has 2nd exit/entrance closer to American University , which is just up the hill Amenity rich bldg. with grocery store (well-stocked beer & wine), fitness 2 rooms w/weights/treadmills, huge outdoor pool with lifeguard in summer, tennis court, hair salon,. laundry room (2 washers/2 dryers) on EACH floor. Short walk to restaurants & Starbucks, Chef Geoff's, Al Dente, Walgreens, banking. Nearby are Giant, more restaurants including Cactus Cantina, Taleo. Express bus stop and taxi stops outside main door. Plenty street parking but garage parking available for reasonable rent. Helpful and friendly doormen, concierge, and 24-hr security. About a year and a half left on lease at $1800.00. A tenant in already satisfies The Towers condo rules about living in a unit for a year before renting to a tenant. Towers says okay for the tenant because tenant is already in place; Towers honors current lease. After lease finishes, new owner can re-rent or move in.
