Richard is brilliant. We came from out of state knowing nothing of the area. Richard learned what we wanted and knew where to find it. When our perfect home turned out to be an incomplete spec home, he stayed right beside us as the closing date was pushed out again and again. He knew of pitfalls we did not, he found the inspectors to protect our rights and generally asked questions that would never have occurred to us. He is professional, courteous, and understanding. Buying a home can be a frightening experience. He made it a pleasure. I highly recommend him.
